This isn’t just yoga —

It’s a space for women who’ve spent too long holding it all together.

Something real in a very noisy world.

    JUST ARRIVE

I'll guide you through the rest. Just bring yourself, wear something comfortable, and we'll take it from there.

New to yoga? You’re welcome here.

You don't need to be flexible, coordinated or know what you're doing before you arrive.

Because we practise in progressive six-week modules, I always encourage new students to get in touch before booking. It gives us the chance to chat about your experience, any injuries or health concerns, and whether the current module feels like the right place to begin.

If you're new to vinyasa, returning after a long break, or simply wondering whether this style of class is right for you, you're always welcome to reach out.

I'd much rather help you start well than simply fill a class.

Midlife is loud. This space is not.

Life has a way of filling every corner.

Work. Family. Parents. Partners. Appointments. Messages. The endless mental list that seems to follow us everywhere.

For an hour, none of that needs anything from you.

Just movement. Breath. Good company. And a little space to hear yourself think again.

Small classes. In person. For women in midlife.

Meet Sadie.

I've been practising yoga for nearly three decades.

I built Sadie Wells Yoga because I wanted to create the kind of place I'd been searching for myself—small classes, thoughtful teaching, and a practice that supports women through the very real changes that come with midlife.

There's no expectation to perform here. Just intelligent movement, steady progress and a space where you can simply arrive as you are.

In her words.

“I leave feeling human again.”

Kind words.

I didn't fully understand the six-week rhythm until I experienced it. It was a real game changer. Everything Sadie teaches builds so thoughtfully that, by the final weeks, it all starts to make sense.

Anna

Nothing here feels rushed or performative. Sadie puts you at ease straight away, and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. It's my favourite part of my week.

Friday Night Cosy Club

A slower kind of evening.

Restorative yoga, blankets, cacao, chocolate and a room full of women taking a breath before the weekend begins.

Held occasionally throughout the year.

Retreats.

A little more time to exhale.

Each year, I host a small retreat in the Whitsundays for women who'd like to step away from everyday life for a few days of yoga, beautiful food, ocean air and genuine connection.

The next retreat, The Long Exhale, takes place in May 2027 and there's currently one final room available.
