This isn’t just yoga —
It’s a space for women who’ve spent too long holding it all together.

New to yoga? You’re welcome here.
You don’t need to arrive knowing what you’re doing.
The six-week module format is designed to give you time to settle in, learn the rhythm of the practice, and build confidence through repetition and consistency.
If you’re newer to vinyasa, returning after a long break, or wondering whether this style of class is right for you, you’re very welcome to reach out before booking. I’ll always be honest about whether the current module feels like a good place to begin.
Step inside the space.
A purpose-built, quiet studio in Eimeo. Ten mats. No fuss.
Midlife is loud. This space is not.
We didn’t come here to perform or pose for the feed. We’re here to rebuild what matters — with movement, breath, and a place to land.
An hour that’s yours. No pressure, no noise, no pretending.
You’re already carrying enough. You can take your armour off here. Strength isn’t the absence of struggle; it’s knowing when to put it down.
Small classes. In person. For women in midlife.
Meet Sadie.
I've practised for nearly three decades through the mess and the magic. I built this studio for women in midlife who want strength without the noise—intelligent sequencing, thoughtful teaching, and the quiet power of consistency.
This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about returning to your body, your breath, and building a practice that can actually hold you.
How I Teach
— Intelligent sequencing
— Nervous-system-aware practices
— The quiet power of consistency
We don’t just stretch — we build strength, breathe with intention, and grow over time. The practice is taught progressively, with enough repetition to build confidence and enough depth to keep it interesting.
Sadie is a Level 2 Yoga Australia teacher with over 1000 hours of certified advanced teacher training and ongoing mentorship with internationally respected educators.
Six modules. One evolving practice.
At Sadie Wells Yoga, I teach six progressive 6-week modules each year rather than casual drop-in classes.
Each module introduces a new sequence and builds gradually from week to week, giving you time to develop confidence through familiarity, repetition, and thoughtful practice.
Every module stands on its own, while also forming part of a broader journey across the year.
In her words.
“I leave feeling human again.”
What others are saying.
“I didn’t fully understand the six-week rhythm until I actually did it — and it was a real game-changer. Sadie teaches in such a comprehensive way that you don’t always realise how much groundwork is being laid until you reach those final weeks and everything comes together.”
— Anna
“A friend told me not to go anywhere else if I really wanted to be guided by a great teacher — and she was right. The balance between repetition and learning new skills was the real surprise. I’ve never experienced yoga being taught like this before, at such a thoughtful, human level.”
— Bec
“Nothing here feels rushed or performative. Sadie puts you at ease straight away, and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, but teaches with so much humility and care. It’s my favourite part of my week.”
— Cath
