At Sadie Wells Yoga (SWY), we’re committed to cultivating a serene, supportive, and intentional space for personal growth and meaningful connection. These Terms & Conditions are here to create clarity and mutual respect within our community.

By booking a class, purchasing a membership or Newcomer’s Pass, attending an event or retreat, or visiting our studio, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

    • Respect & Integrity: SWY is a space for like-minded people seeking strength, community, and self-awareness. Disruptive, entitled, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.

    • Right of Admission: We reserve the right to refuse entry or cancel a booking if behaviour compromises the safety, energy, or experience of others.

    • Studio Etiquette: Please arrive early. Doors lock at the scheduled class time and late arrivals cannot be admitted.

    • Personal Belongings: Please bring only essential items (e.g. towel, water bottle). SWY is not responsible for personal belongings left on the premises.

    • Booking Platform: All bookings must be made via our online system (currently Acuity) and are confirmed once payment is received.

    • Class Size: Class capacity is strictly limited to 10 students. Booking early is advised.

    • Student Cancellations: If you are unable to attend, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the class start time.

      • Members: Late cancellations incur a $15 fee. No-shows incur a $25 fee.

      • Newcomer’s Pass holders: Late cancellations or no-shows result in the loss of that class credit.

    • How to Cancel: All cancellations must be made through the booking platform. Cancellations via email, phone, text, or social media will not be accepted.

    • In the rare event that a class must be cancelled (e.g. instructor illness, emergency), affected students will be offered the opportunity to reschedule within the same 6-week module.

    • Credits do not carry forward beyond the current module under any circumstances.

  • SWY Memberships run in 6-week modules. Each module is a closed container with a clear start and end date.

    • Gold Membership: Unlimited classes ($420/module)

    • Silver Membership: Two classes per week ($300/module)

    • Bronze Membership: One class per week ($180/module)

    • Memberships are for individual use only and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    • Missed classes cannot be carried forward into future modules.

    • Members may reschedule within the current module (space permitting).

    • Memberships must be paid upfront to confirm your spot.

    • One-time offer for new students only.

    • Includes 2 classes for $40, valid for 14 days from the date of your first booked class.

    • Cannot be paused, extended, refunded, or transferred.

    • Casual bookings are available at $40 per class, subject to availability.

    • Priority always goes to current members.

    • Cancellations made within 12 hours will result in the loss of the booking.

    • All event/workshop bookings are final. No refunds will be issued for change of mind, illness, or inability to attend.

    • Bookings may be transferred to another attendee (they must create an account in our system).

    • Late arrivals will not be admitted and will be considered a no-show.

    • Deposit: A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.

    • Payment Plans: Available upon request. Final payments are due 30 days before the retreat start date.

    • Cancellations:

      • More than 90 days out: Full refund minus deposit

      • Less than 90 days: Refund only if your spot is filled

    • Travel Insurance: Strongly recommended.

    • Room Allocation: First-come, first-served. Twin-share rates are per person.

    • Participation: All activities are optional. Retreats are inclusive and respectful spaces.

    • Participation is at your own risk.

    • Always inform Sadie of injuries, health concerns, or pregnancy before class.

    • SWY is not liable for any injury or illness sustained on the premises or during any associated activities.

    • Hygiene is a shared responsibility—mats and props are cleaned regularly.

    • By booking, you consent to communications from SWY related to your booking and schedule.

    • Your personal information will never be sold or shared beyond our booking provider.
