Frequently Asked Questions

A quick guide to how things work at Sadie Wells Yoga.
Because clarity is kindness—and boundaries make magic.

How does the new 6-week module format work?

From 2025 onwards, SWY is moving to a 6-week module format—short, focused cycles designed to build confidence, skill, and strength week by week, with built-in breaks to rest, reset, and integrate.

This year, we’ll run four modules (due to our slightly later start), but from 2026 onward, you can expect six modules per year.

We encourage students to begin at the start of a module for the full experience, but we also know life isn’t always that tidy. (See below for more on joining mid-module.)

What class options do you offer?

We offer four evening classes each week:

  • Grounded (Mon & Wed): Slower-paced, strong, and steady. Great for building strength and clarity.

  • Rising (Tues & Thurs): A more flowing and challenging class to develop skill and confidence.

You’re welcome to attend one or both styles depending on your membership.

What membership options are available?

We keep it simple:

  • Gold: Unlimited classes each week

  • Silver: 2x classes per week

  • Bronze: 1x class per week

All memberships run for 6 weeks and include priority booking, first dibs on events, and the perks of consistency.

Can I join mid-module?

Our 6-week modules are designed to be experienced from start to finish. That’s where the real magic happens—consistency, momentum, and community.

That said, if you’ve found us mid-module and there’s space, you’re welcome to book a single session at $40 or try our Newcomer’s Pass, which offers 2 sessions at the same rate.

Just keep in mind—many classes book out quickly, and spots are limited to 10 per session. So if something’s calling you, don’t wait too long.

If you're unsure what’s possible right now, feel free to get in touch and I’ll point you in the right direction.

Is it suitable for beginners?

Yes. Grounded is beginner-friendly and designed to help you build confidence over time. As long as you’re able to get up and down from the floor, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

What if I miss a class?

You can reschedule within your 6-week block (pending space). Just give at least 12 hours’ notice to avoid fees:

  • Late cancel = $15

  • No-show = $25

This keeps it fair and flowing for everyone.

Where is the studio, and is there parking?

We’re located at 23 Mowlam Street, Eimeo.
Please park in either driveway (we have two), on the verge (off the tarmac), or further up the road. Just be mindful of others arriving and our lovely neighbours.

What should I bring to class?

Not much. Just yourself.

  • Wear something comfortable to move in

  • Arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in (we start on time)

  • Come hydrated—or enjoy our signature lemon water

  • All mats and props are provided (but feel free to bring your own if you prefer)

Classes are capped at 10 and held in our purpose-built studio in Eimeo. Everything’s been thoughtfully chosen—from handcrafted props to hot towels—to help you feel supported, grounded, and at ease.

What if I’m running late?

Classes begin and end on time to honour the shared experience. The door is locked once we start—it’s part of holding a focused, immersive space for everyone in the room (including you).

If you're running late, no stress—just cancel your booking online and reschedule for another time within your module, if space allows.

It’s not about being strict for the sake of it—it’s about creating a rhythm that feels respectful, spacious, and complete.

What if I have an injury or limitation?

Your safety matters. I’ll always offer options in class, but please check in with your GP or physio first if needed. Move at your own pace and let me know how I can support you.

Still have a question?

I’m always happy to help. Send me a message.

Feeling ready to dive in?

Spots are limited to just 10 per class, and they do fill fast — so if it feels like a yes, don’t wait too long.

Book your module (or a single session, if there’s room!) and we’ll see you on the mat.
