  • We practise in 6-week blocks. You choose a membership and receive a set number of classes to use during that module.
    There’s no weekly cap — use your classes however you like across the 6 weeks.
    After each round, we take a simple 2-week break before starting fresh.

  • We teach in six 6-week modules across the year, each followed by a simple 2-week break. This steady rhythm keeps things consistent, intentional, and easy to follow.

  • Gold: 24 classes
    Silver: 12 classes
    Bronze: 6 classes
    (per 6-week module)

  • Yes. Use your classes for Grounded, Rising, or Morning Foundations — choose week to week.

  • Absolutely. Your membership is flexible — use your class credits in whatever rhythm suits your life (availability permitting).

  • No. Your classes are designed for the current 6-week module only — this keeps your practice consistent and intentional.

  • No stress. You can use your remaining classes anytime within the 6-week block.

  • If a date isn’t showing, it’s full. Our classes are small and most folks book their spots early, so it’s best to book ahead when you can.
    Spots often reopen when someone moves their booking, so it’s always worth checking back.

  • Easiest path: cancel, then rebook. Head to Class Times, choose a new day/time, and use your booking code.
    (Acuity only allows rescheduling within the same class type and same day.)

  • It’s emailed instantly after purchase. Check spam/promotions; if it’s hiding, just contact me and I’ll resend it.

  • If there’s space, sometimes yes. Get in touch and I’ll guide you on the best fit.

  • Begin with Grounded or Morning Foundations. These classes are slow, strength-first, and nervous-system aware.
    Move into Rising when you feel ready.

  • Just comfortable clothes and water.
    Everything else is here waiting for you — mats, props, and the small comforts that make the space feel special (think chilled lemon water and a warm towel in savasana).

    Please arrive a few minutes early. We begin on time and lock the door for everyone’s peace and quiet.

  • Yes, please. Share anything relevant before class so I can offer options that support you.
