We run in 6-week blocks. You buy a membership and receive session credits for that module. Use them any time during the 6 weeks — there’s no weekly cap.

Yes. Use your credits for Grounded or Rising — choose week to week.

Yes. Your credits are flexible — use them on any classes across the 6-week module (availability permitting).

If a date isn’t shown, it’s full. Try another night or check back — spots reopen when someone changes their booking.

No. Credits are for the current 6-week module — designed to keep a steady rhythm.

Easiest path: cancel, then rebook. Head to Class Times, choose a new time, and use your booking code. (Acuity’s reschedule is limited to the same class type, same day.)

It’s emailed instantly after purchase. Check spam/promotions, then contact me and I’ll resend it.

If there’s space, sometimes yes. Get in touch and I’ll advise the best fit for where we’re up to.
