At SWY, we’re all about creating real transformation. Our unique approach blends thoughtful sequencing, consistent practice, and a welcoming community.
Unlike drop-in classes, our sessions are part of a structured, progressive journey that helps you build strength, flexibility, and confidence. With me as your sole teacher, you’ll receive tailored guidance in every class—no guessing, no randomness, just steady growth.
And let’s not forget the heart of SWY: our community. It’s a space where like-minded people connect, uplift each other, and find joy in the practice.

Consistency is where the magic happens. Our membership model is designed to provide you with a structured, progressive practice that builds week by week, helping you deepen your experience both physically and mentally.
While drop-ins can be fun, they often lack the continuity needed to see real growth. Membership offers so much more:
A thoughtfully crafted practice plan tailored for steady progress.
Personal support from me, your dedicated teacher.
Exclusive perks like monthly guest passes, SWY merch, soothing eye pillows, access to Closing Circles, and even 1:1 sessions to refine your practice.
But it’s not just about the yoga—it’s about being part of a vibrant, supportive community that’s here to cheer you on every step of the way. At SWY, you’re never alone in your journey.

At SWY, we follow a mindful and structured approach with four 10-week terms each year. Each term builds steadily on the last, encouraging consistent growth and development in your practice.
Our schedule aligns with local school terms, with intentional pauses during holidays and public holidays. These breaks allow time to rest, recharge, and integrate the benefits of your practice—just as rest is essential on the mat, it’s essential in life. This rhythm ensures we both stay refreshed, inspired, and ready for the term ahead.

Absolutely! Yoga is for everyone, regardless of fitness level or experience.
Begin & Build is the perfect starting point, with slower-paced movements and a focus on alignment. As long as you’re comfortable getting up and down from the floor and don’t have acute injuries, you’ll feel right at home.

To see the most progress, aim for 2–3 classes per week. This builds a strong foundation in flexibility, strength, and mindfulness while supporting overall wellness.
Life gets busy, so our gold membership gives you the flexibility to fit classes into your schedule while maximising your growth.
The more often you come, the more progress you’ll see—and the more fun we’ll have together!

We’ve got plenty of parking for you! Feel free to park in the driveways or on the grass verge in front of the studio (just keep all wheels off the tarmac).
If the driveways are full, there’s extra parking further up the road. Please park considerately to ensure smooth arrivals and departures for everyone.

Your safety is my top priority, and I encourage you to take an active role in managing your body’s unique needs. While I provide general guidance and modifications for common injuries or mobility concerns, it’s important to note that I’m not a medical professional and will always encourage you to consult your GP, physio, or specialist for specific advice.
In class, I’ll remind you to listen closely to your body, never push into pain, and skip movements that don’t feel right for you. If something feels off, please stop, let me know after class, and we can find an alternative approach that works for you.
Yoga can be a powerful complement to professional care, and I’m happy to collaborate with your healthcare provider to ensure your practice supports your healing journey without risking further harm.
