How Booking Works
Once you’ve purchased a membership or casual pass, you’ll receive a booking code via email.
Use that code to book your sessions using the calendar below.
You can reschedule sessions within your 6-week block, pending availability.
Please note that unused sessions do not carry over into future modules, so we encourage you to use your full allocation within the current cycle.
Late cancellations and no-shows may incur fees — see the FAQs for full details.
Class Options
Grounded
A slower-paced vinyasa class to build strength, mobility, and awareness.
Ideal for beginners or those wanting a steady, grounding flow.
Rising
A steady-paced class with playful transitions, layered strength work, and flow.
Best for those with some vinyasa experience.
(You’re welcome to attend both or stick to what suits you best.)

Gold Membership (Unlimited – 6 Weeks)

Silver Membership (2x Weekly – 6 Weeks)

Newcomer’s Pass
$40 for 2 classes (14-day intro offer)
Casual Drop-In
$40 per class
