Why We Work in Modules

At SWY, the year now unfolds in a series of intentional 6-week containers — designed to support your practice with structure, energy, and meaning.

This is a new direction for 2025 — a refinement of everything I’ve learned about what truly works. Shorter, more focused modules help you stay engaged without burning out — and let me offer content that’s timely, progressive, and packed with purpose.

Each module has its own unique focus and theme. The class times stay the same, but what we explore within them evolves — so you can keep building strength, confidence, and connection, no matter where you’re starting from.

This format is high-impact but deeply manageable. You can commit to one module at a time, or stay with us across the year for deeper progression and rhythm. Either way, you’ll know exactly what to expect — and when.

These dates help you plan — and help me deliver something that’s truly grounded and intentional, not just a revolving door of casual drop-ins.

2025 Module Dates

Each 6-week module runs with a short break in between.
Class times remain consistent throughout the year — so once you're in your groove, you're good to go.

Module 1 – Rebuild & Rise
Monday 28 April – Thursday 5 June

Module 2 – Theme TBC
Monday 30 June – Thursday 7 August

Module 3 – Theme TBC
Monday 1 September – Thursday 9 October

Module 4 – Theme TBC
Monday 27 October – Thursday 4 December

2026 dates will be added later this year. A longer break is planned over the summer holidays to align with school closures and allow for proper rest and reset.

Weekly Class Schedule

Each module follows the same weekly rhythm — four evening classes per week, held Monday to Thursday. Once you’ve found the days that work best for you, you can stick to them all year.

Monday — 6:30–7:30pm (Grounded)
Tuesday — 6:30–7:30pm (Rising)
Wednesday — 6:30–7:30pm (Grounded)
Thursday — 6:30–7:30pm (Rising)

Ways to Join

Each 6-week module is designed to be taken as a complete experience — and the best way to join is through a membership.

You simply choose how many classes you’d like to attend each week, and enrol in one module at a time. It’s a focused, high-impact way to stay consistent without overcommitting.

Spaces are strictly limited, and members receive priority booking each term.

If you're new or mid-module, a Newcomer’s Pass or single session may be available — but membership is where the magic really happens. Get in touch if you’re not sure what’s right for you.

If you’ve just discovered us and aren’t sure where to start, we offer two flexible entry points:

  • A Newcomer’s Pass — two classes for $40, so you can dip your toes in and see if the rhythm feels right

  • A Single Session option — $40 per class, for occasional drop-ins

Both are designed to give you a feel for the space and teaching style, before committing to a full 6-week module.

Our core model is built around consistency and community — which is why most of our clients join us through one of our membership options, enrolling in each module as a whole. This is where the real growth happens.
