I’m currently in my second year-long 300HR advanced teacher training, this time with Jules Mitchell, a global leader in biomechanics and yoga. This program integrates movement science with yoga, enriching my ability to provide tailored, research-backed guidance in every class.

This intensive training offered a deep dive into asana, yoga philosophy, and the foundational alignment principles of Duncan’s HOV methodology. Combining self-paced study with guided practices, it enriched my understanding of the mind-body connection through pranayama, meditation, and alignment-based asana. These principles now influence my teaching, providing students with a more mindful, precise, and transformative experience on the mat.
