How Booking Works

After purchasing a membership or casual pass, you'll receive a booking code via email.
Just pop your code in when booking via the buttons below β€” too easy.​

You can reschedule sessions within your 6-week block, pending availability.
Please note: unused sessions do not carry over, so we encourage you to use your full allocation within the current cycle.

About the Classes

Grounded
A slower-paced vinyasa class to build strength, mobility, and awareness.
Ideal for beginners or those wanting a steady, grounding flow.

Rising
A steady-paced class with playful transitions, layered strength work, and flow.
Best for those with some vinyasa experience.

Gold Membership (Unlimited – 6 Weeks)

Passes

Newcomer’s Pass
$40 for 2 classes (14-day intro offer)
Available to new students only. One-time use. Valid for 14 days from your first booked class.

Casual Drop-In
$40 per class
Casual spots are limited and subject to availability. Members receive priority booking.

Before You Book

  • Each class is capped at 10 students and tends to fill quickly.

  • If you don’t see your preferred session listed, it likely means it’s already full for that week.

  • Please note: The studio will be closed on Monday, 5 May for the public holiday. (No classes will run that day.)
