Why We Work in Modules

At SWY, our year unfolds in a series of intentional 6-week containers — designed to support your practice with structure, energy, and meaning.

This refined format for 2025 reflects everything I’ve learned about what truly works. Shorter, more focused modules help you stay engaged without burning out — and allow me to offer timely, progressive content that’s packed with purpose.

Each module has its own unique theme and focus. While class times stay consistent, what we explore within them evolves — so you can keep building strength, confidence, and connection, no matter where you're starting from.

This format is high-impact but deeply manageable. You can join one module at a time, or stay with us across the year for deeper rhythm and progression. Either way, you’ll know exactly what to expect — and when.

These dates help you plan — and help me deliver something grounded and intentional, not just a revolving door of casual drop-ins.

2025 Module Dates

Each 6-week module includes a short break in between.
Class times remain consistent all year — once you’ve found your rhythm, you’re set.

Module 1 — Rebuild & Rise
Monday 28 April – Thursday 5 June

Module 2 — Theme TBC
Monday 30 June – Thursday 7 August

Module 3 — Theme TBC
Monday 1 September – Thursday 9 October

Module 4 — Theme TBC
Monday 27 October – Thursday 4 December

A longer summer break is built in to align with school holidays — and to honour a much-needed pause for rest and reset.

Weekly Class Schedule

Each module follows the same weekly rhythm — four evening classes from Monday to Thursday. Once you find the days that suit you, you can stick to them across the year.

Weekly Timetable:
Monday — Grounded | 6:30–7:30pm
Tuesday — Rising | 6:30–7:30pm
Wednesday — Grounded | 6:30–7:30pm
Thursday — Rising | 6:30–7:30pm

You can attend once, twice, or more each week — depending on your membership.

Ways to Join

Each module is designed to be taken as a complete experience. The best way to join is through a membership — simply choose how many classes you’d like to attend per week and enrol one module at a time.

This creates consistency without pressure — a focused, high-impact way to stay committed while allowing space to rest in between.

Spots are strictly limited, and members receive priority booking for each term.

New to SWY?

If you’re just discovering us, welcome. We offer two easy entry points:

  • Newcomer’s Pass — 2 classes for $40 (valid for 14 days from your first booking)

  • Single Session — $40 casual drop-in, subject to availability

Both are a gentle way to explore the space, the community, and my teaching style — before committing to a full 6-week cycle.

Most students go on to join via membership, where the deeper rhythm and support really unfold.
