Mindful Yoga for Midlife Strength & Rhythm
This studio was built for women like me — curious, craving depth, ready to rebuild.
Meet Sadie.
I’ve been practising yoga for over 25 years, and it’s seen me through the mess and magic of life. It’s more than movement—it’s how I return to myself again and again.
I created Sadie Wells Yoga to offer that same anchor to others—especially women navigating the beautiful complexity of midlife.
This isn’t a space for performance or perfection. It’s for people who want to move well, feel strong, and live with more presence.
We focus on intelligent sequencing, nervous system-aware practices, and the power of consistency. We don’t just stretch—we build strength, breathe deeper, and grow. Together.
Whether you’re new to the mat or returning after time away, you’re welcome here.
A rhythm you can return to.
Movement with purpose. Rest with intention. Strength that sticks.
Our progressive 6-week module format helps midlife women build consistency, confidence, and clarity without overwhelm. Each module follows a thoughtful rhythm of effort and ease, helping you stay engaged and supported, week by week.
Each module flows through a carefully crafted rhythm of effort and rest, helping you stay engaged, supported, and present in your body.
This isn’t casual drop-in yoga. It’s a steady, soulful commitment to yourself—and to the life you’re creating.
Memberships that support you.
Flexible memberships designed for midlife strength and consistency.
Choose from three simple options to suit your schedule, energy, and intentions:

Why we’re different.
We’re not here for hollow mantras or flashy poses. We’re here to feel strong, connected, and a little more sane—one breath at a time.
This is a space for thoughtful sequencing, nervous system-aware teaching, and honest conversations. For steady progress, midlife messiness, and full permission to come as you are.
We don’t just practise yoga. We move, we pause, we reflect—and we do it together, in a space that actually makes space.
This isn’t a vibe. It’s a practice that helps you come home to yourself.
A note from Sadie.
When I was deep in the mess of midlife—the anxiety, the insomnia, the joint pain—I found myself craving a kind of yoga that didn’t seem to exist. Something smart, grounded, and built for the long haul.
So I created it.
I only teach four classes a week—not because I’m coasting, but because I pour everything into them. This is the kind of practice I needed: a steady rhythm, honest conversation, and a space that never asks you to pretend.
If that’s what you’re craving too, you’ve found your place.
This is what real progress feels like…

Retreats at SWY.
Stillness. Sunlight. Soulful connection.
Our sold-out May 2025 retreat reminded me just how powerful it is to step away — to pause the noise, exhale, and remember who you are beneath the busyness.
So we’re doing it again.
May 2026 — a 4-day immersion at Yangaro, Whitsundays.
Ocean views, movement, rest, and a small circle of midlife women ready to come home to themselves.
Only 4 rooms remain.
These retreats are small, deeply personal, and tend to book out months in advance — sometimes longer.
If you’re feeling the nudge, now’s the time to explore what’s possible.
Not on social much? Me neither.
My newsletter is where I share what’s really going on — from the mat, from my mind, and from this quiet little studio by the sea. Just a note or two a month. Always real.
