I’ve practised for 25+ years through the mess and the magic. I built this studio for midlife women who want strength without the noise—intelligent sequencing, nervous-system-aware practices, and the quiet power of consistency.

In 2026, we’ll move through six 6-week modules — each followed by a simple 2-week break. A steady, predictable rhythm that holds you all year long.
