For over 25 years, yoga has been the thread that’s held me through life’s mess and magic. It’s more than movement—it’s how I return to myself, again and again.
I created Sadie Wells Yoga to offer others that same anchor. This isn’t a space for performance or perfection. It’s a space for women and men in midlife who want to move well, feel strong, and live with more presence and clarity.
At SWY, we focus on intelligent sequencing, nervous system-aware practices, and the power of consistency. We don’t just stretch—we build strength, we breathe deeper, and we grow. Together.
