Discover the Secret to Our Yoga Success Stories

Beautiful Yogis,

What a week! Last night, after kicking some serious goals (you guys are on fire!), I heard some heartfelt comments from two of our dedicated students that truly highlight the unique experience we offer.

One student, who has practiced yoga for decades, told me (and yes, I'm paraphrasing!):

“Your teaching is the most comprehensive I’ve ever come across. By the end of the class, I realise every pose leading to this moment was by design. I’m confidently achieving shapes I thought I could no longer do—effortlessly. It’s so well thought out, and so clever! Every class leaves me in awe and immensely grateful for your instruction.”

Another student, one of my very first clients since 2016, added:

“There’s been a profound shift in the way you teach. Your classes now challenge me in ways I didn't think possible and are incredibly rewarding. I’ve never felt stronger, and I’m amazed by my own progress. The mat against the wall has been a game-changer for me. I’m now aiming to do a handstand by my 50th birthday!”

These comments reflect the transformative journey we’ve embarked on together. When I began my Advanced Teacher Training with Jason Crandell last year, I realised there was a better way to teach yoga—we needed to "train." Consistency, repetition, and pushing boundaries are key to real progress. This is not just about doing yoga; it's about getting better at it.

Our classes are now thoughtfully crafted, with each session building on the last. We have a method, ensuring you’re not just practicing but also improving. Alongside the physical benefits, we also delve deeply into mental aspects, regulating the nervous system and finding a meditative quality in our practice. Because how would our world be if more people "trained" to self-regulate?

Duncan, another mentor of mine, once mentioned that in typical vinyasa classes, taking our mats to the wall would be so valuable, but often isn’t feasible due to space constraints and taking folks out of their flow—and he's right. But when Jason suggested it, I thought, “We’re not just taking them there, we’re leaving them there... problem solved!”

We work so hard that the hot towels and the lemon-infused water shared after class feel heaven-sent! I don’t have nearly as many students as before, but I have the right ones—those who are committed, eager to learn, and ready to embrace the journey. And for that, I am incredibly grateful.

Thank you for being part of this incredible community. Your support means the world.

With Love,

Sadie x
